The fabric on the lower center back (below the hips) has been reinforced with a sewing machine to prevent tearing.
It doesn't look appreciate the fabric is tearing, so I think it was reinforced beforehand to prevent tearing.

There are small scratches on the back of the lining and a few fluffing on the tweed fabric.
I think none of these will be a problem for wearing.
